good tasting or good for you?
I love a good ham and cheese omelet with homemade salsa also added in the middle...served with toast.
Or a couple of eggs over easy..with crispy bacon (which you dip into the yolk) and some toast.
Or fruit...

I think that a healthy and good breakfast meal would if you like eggs and want an eggs theme, you can make an egg omlet with some healthy meat like ham or things like those. You could have yogurt and some milk. Or have Cheerios and Grape Nuts or healthy cereals like those. If you are on the go, you could have yogurt, instant oatmeal, and maybe some bottled water for high energy.
I hope I was of assistance to you and have a great day and a good breakfast.
Sincerely,
Shweetie Pie

2 6 oz cans of tuna fish (about 80 grams of protein and fish oils) ,
1 sourdough english muffin with 'I can't believe it's not butter" spray (0 calories) and a tea spoon of Smuckers sugar free jam (10 calories per table spoon), a cup of coffee and a protein shake (30 grams of protein). Oh, and a handful of vitamins including calcium, B complex, C and a good multivitamin.
It will fill you up for most of the day. I bet you think I'm joking:-)

Try this. Make french toast. Take two whole pieces. Cut up all kinds of fruit(strawberries, blueberries, peaches, whatever). Add maple syrup to one side of a piece of bread. then on top of the maple sryup put your cut up fruit. Then add the other piece of french toast on top. French toast sandwich. Bon Apetitite! (you may want to drink some milk with it too)
