What is allegal? as for ILLEGAL...yes, a 23 year old is an adult, a 13 year old is STILL a child and a 23 year old going out with a 13 year old is breaking the law, it's called contributing to the deliqnuincy of a minor/endangerment and if they have sex...statutory rape. Hopefully the 23 year old guy has stock in petroleum jelly because he is going to need it in prison.

At 23 years old we are talking about a male who is a man not a boy.Should you even need to ask if it is appropriate for a 23 yr. old man to date a 13 yr. old minor. Yes it is illegal.

No 23 year old in their right mind would go out with a girl that young. And no parent of a 13 year old girl should allow it. It may not be illegal, but if you touch her in any sexual way it would be child molestation.
Find a girl over 18, please!

Yeah and it's totally wrong. She's 13 for pete's sake!!! She's too young to be dating--period. A 23 year old is the worst idea!!! Does her family know? Never date behind their backs....and they aren't going to let you date her. Don't call them overprotective. Call them smart. Don't disobey them. And, when they call you stupid, just know that they're not lying.
