Is English your native language, because you need to work on that first. Try "What are some good websites for learning German?" The combination "off of" is wretched grammar (unless you're Winston Churchill and you can get away with it; once he was criticized for ending a sentence with a preposition, so he replied, "That is a situation up with which I will not put!").
Anyway, there are millions of German websites out there, many of them good.
