Muscle spasms can cause cramps and are usually brought on by the following:

Muscle fatigue
Heavy exercise
Dehydration
Pregnancy
Hypothyroidism
Reduced levels of magnesium or calcium in the body
Other metabolic problems
Alcoholism
Kidney failure
Medications
Slow stretching often brings relief, If you have the spasm, you might want to put on some warm compressions on the area, if is your lower back, put a heating pad and let it rest for at least 20mins. Try then stretching these muscles, the same with the neck. Dont need to pop anything, only "chiropractors pop" things sort of say.
the muscle might be fatigue and its telling you either slow down and stretch it or take me to a Dr. to be checked.
Heres a site where you can view some stretches for lower back and neck. Hope u feel better
Good luck ^i^♥♥

I get them it is not anything to fear approximately its your muscle tissue stress-free , while you're in mattress your muscle tissue will calm down they usually transfer , it may possibly harm badly to but when you're panicking or feeling in poor health after them see a healthcare professional right away however I will have to feel that it's only your muscle tissue stress-free do not fear
