update #1
I am a mom, and my daughter just told me something similar the other day. I was relieved that she reached out to talk to me, not mad.
Now I am trying to figure out ways to help her. A lot of it has to do with her friends at school, and the stress of a boy who is being mean to her.
Talk to your mom, trust me.
You will get better too :-)
Update: I read your additional comments, and sweetie you need to talk to someone. But be careful about saying that you have been suicidal because they could talk your parents into putting you in a mental hospital. Do you have a church? Can you see a school counselor (but do not tell them the suicidal part) go online first and talk to a suicidal hot line type place where you can be anonymous.

If you don't think you can come up and talk to your mom, then write her a letter explaining how you've been feeling and that you've wanted to jump off the roof. She needs to know so she can take you to the doctor. The doctor will probably prescribe an anti-depressant and you'll be feeling like your old self soon. If you can't tell or write to your mom then please talk to your Dad, aunt, teacher, school nurse or any trusted adult. You can feel better you just have to ask for help. Remember you're very important to a lot of people. Good Luck!

Okay...
Were you depressed BEFORE or AFTER you took the online tests? Since you said that you "may" be and "probably" are depressed I am sure you are just feeling a little down and need some encouragement. If you truly feel like you are depressed, then ask yourself what is it that makes you feel this way? What bothers you? And talk to your mom about it. She wouldn't reject you just because you might be depressed. She loves you no matter what! Just tell her how you've been feeling and she will be there for you. You'll be fine. ;o)

Just tell her. Online tests are NOT reliable diagnostic tools- only a professional can diagnose depression. (Feel any better?)
Ask your mom if you can get checked out by your family doctor.
How old are you? Old enough to contact your doctor on your own?
If not- just tell your mom and discuss how you are feeling.
If you are uncertain, how about talking with the school nurse or guidance counselor? An aunt or grandparent?
Pick an adult you trust- but the best step is to be honest with your mom.

Depression is a form of sorrow in many and it happens because something is bothering them and they are unhappy with their life. Adults get the same disorder. It goes away eventually but it will only get harder if you dont tell someone whats on your mind. Your mom will not mind the fact that you tell her and if anything, she will try to help you with whatever is going on.
Just try to remain strong but make sure you get it out otherwise, it could mean hell later down the road.

You need to tell your mom. Show her the on-line tests that you took. She maybe more understanding than you may think. Then, she can take you to the family doctor to have it diagnosed. Be proud of yourself for doing research on your ailment...depression is not your fault and it can be treated! I wish more kids were like you by trying to reach out for help instead of hiding from it!!!

Just tell her that you need for her to understand you on this one. Tell her that you 'think' that you are depressed, but not sure.
You can't go by what the on line tests say about you, it is better to get a doctors advice on this. But, if you think you are depressed, tell your mother. She would like to know why you are depressed too. Tell her the truth. Then seek medical help.

Just say it. Sit down tell her how you've been feeling and that you took the tests and what they said. Tell her you want to get some help. If she doesn't respond, call your doctor and make an appointment. Do what you need to help yourself.

Just tell your mom that you have a problem you would like to talk to her about and that your worried about it and you want to talk to her because you want help with it.
I dont' think your mom will look down on you for it...if anything she will help you get help for the depression.
Good luck.
