you should use mouthwash after you brush your teeth. Because you have removed plaque from your teeth and then the mouthwash will work easier to kill the germs.

I am assuming you mean after you brush. For the most part, mouthwash contains alcohol which dries out the tissues in your mouth. (which in some cases can cause bad breath to be worse). I would recommend using a mouthwash without alcohol after you brush. It's more important to floss and brush well.

Considering the ideal that before you brush you have millions of bacteria and germs in your mouth after you brush the germs have decreased and no plaque to block the mouthwash from working. so afterwads would be considered the best time. Afterall "Mouthwash gets where Brushing and Floss have missed". Hope I helped.

After, because you're not supposed to rinse, drink or eat for 30 minutes after you've used mouthwash.
