As with any job in the military you would be on call 24/7 If you enjoy helping other's then it would be a good job.

usually, you work a normal 0730-1630 monday-friday job. on certain scheduled weekends you are required to set up for weekend services. during exercises (pretend war to make sure you are prepared for the real thing) and durning deployments you can work all hours of the day or night in order to help others get thru their duties.
it can be a practical and spiritually fulfilling career. you are still a combatant and are required to carry and qualify to fire a weapon. all rules and regulations of military still apply. as with any job there is the chance of having any number of complications with your co-workers and/or supervisors.
