The DaVinci code is a work of fiction. The author never made any claims that it was anything else. Why do people treat it as if it were sacred or factual? No one ever asks Do you beleive in Tom Sawyer.

There was so truth in the book and movie. The Knights Templar did discover a treasure under the temple of Soloman. What they found is a mystery. But some facts do suggest that it may have been the "bloodline" of Jesus. Which could shake Christianity to it's knees. Proving Jesus was a man, married and had children. The fictional part was that the bloodline survives today.

Believe a movie made to make money and to entertain people?
Movies might have bits and pieces of truth in them, but usually that only is to help build up a story line

Not even the author believes in it. Thats why when it was written it was filed under the "Fiction" section.
