Same question has been posted multiple times already, but some answers are not specific enough. Some people recommend going to a good herbalist. Where would I find one? I never even heard of that before...
Some people recommend vitamin C. I tried taking it a while ago, after about 3 weeks it gave me nasty pimples on my face and as soon as stopped they went away. I tried again thinking it could be cuz of something else, but same thing happened. Why is that???
If I have a weak immune system, which I know I do cuz lately I've been getting sick a lot, how come my body won't accept vitamin C?

It's rare to overdose on Vitamin C. It is water soluable and has to be replaced every day. You have to make sure you are taking a pure Vitamin C, it's the fillers that can give you problems. This link should answer some of your questions on Vitamin C, and I included the google search, too.

Well your body can only properly absorb the vitamin C if it has ample amount of vitamin D. (I think that is how it works) And to get vitamin D to absorb better you need more sunlight.

My immune system was really low to. In fact, so much so that I developed psoriasis. Psoriasis attacks (in the form of scabs/trying to heal) the skin because your immune system is weak and thinks that your skin has sores (even though it really doesn't).

What I did was increase my water and start drinking V8. I don't eat a lot of vegetables so I also started eating an avocado everyday and laid off of the bread and pasta.

I also started opening my curtains and sitting in front of my window a little more during the day.

It took about two weeks, but my psoriasis cleared up and I have been feeling much better.

I'm certain you will get a lot of ideas from people on here. However, if you haven't talked to your doctor about your health, I would start there. He/she knows you better than any of us and can probably help you get on the road to recovery a lot faster.

Best wishes!

OH and one other thing I changed in my diet was that I took out pop and started drinking Diet Green Tea found at Wal-Mart in the orange juice section. It taste great (not to strong, not to sweet) and is suppose to be really good for you.

First of all, you should drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and to flush out toxins.

Secondly, make sure your diet all around, maybe 90% of the time, is optimal. i.e. lots of fruits, vegetable, whole grains, and good lean sources of protein.

Next, Rest.

Finally, herbs and vitamins suggested to assist in building your immune system include:
Vitamin C
B-Complex
Vitamin A
Alfalfa Leaf
Chlorophyll
Kelp
Garlic
Burdock Root
Red Clover
Yellow Dock

The dosage of Vitamin C you were taking may have been too acidic for your system. Did you lessen the dosage? REMEMBER, NOT EVERYTHING WORKS FOR EVERY BODY. But the key is building a good foundation for health.

Finding a good herbalist, nutritionist, and/or natural-pathic consultant is a good idea.

Irregardless of recommendations, always do your own research. Best of Health!

You might be allergic to Vitamin C so when you have it in your body it might affect it in some way.

Everyone has different immune systems, some are stronger and others have weaker immune systems. The only thing i can think of right now would be to take less antibiotics because they weaken the immune system.

Well,
Vitamin C is actually the best way to go, but I would have to recommend the ideal of taking a stress tab. they have many different vitamins that help a person. When taking vitamin C, Vitamin E needs to be taking as well to help boost the C. But once again Stress Tabs are the best, because you might have pimps as a sign of stress.

Also : Stress tabs can be bought at your local Wal-Mart.
