I'm sorry, but no. Everything must be prayed for first. :P

umm...yes When you wake up and are given breakfast, did you pray for that? Or when some random guy on the street hands you a flyer for a sale, did you pray for that? Pray is just a fancy word for hope. Only you've now attached a face to your hope, so you can thank someone, or blame them for the outcome.

yeah. but for somethings, no. You can't be saved without praying (not neccessarily on your knees).
Once you get saved, the Holy Spirit is in you, so scriptural insight (for some people) can be given without you having to go-on-your-knees-and-cry-your-eyes-out. Besides, not all people pray in a recognizable way. Just speech directed at God can be prayer.

Yep totally. I received $10.00 yesterday; didn't pray for it. I also received a bruise yesterday; didn't pray for it. I DID pray that my dad's employee would get over his urge to commit suicide and guess what? His ex-wife took him to the hospital, the doctors put him on medication, and it looks like he's no longer going to quit.
God works in mysterious (but truly beautiful) ways.

You cant recieve spiritual blessings with out asking God for them.
"Knock and the door shall be answered". "ask and you shall recieve".
You can't ask a Holy God for unholy things. That's why many people get so frustrated at God for not getting their way. But God knows your needs and until you ask God what he wants for you, you will not be able to receive holy blessings.
You can still recieve earthly things such as money, lust, or anyother sin you wish for without asking God. And even if you do pray to God and recieve such things it won't be because God wants you to have them, it's cause Satan has control of your soul and mind. Which means God won't be able to help you till you call out for him.

Yes. As a matter of fact, prayer really does nothing. It's a way of making you feel like you're doing something, without actually having to do anything. It's much more likely that you'll receive something if you work for it.
One man with a hammer can do more good than a million people praying.

of course it is... in acts, there were people gathered in a church praying to god and worshipping... and all of them recieved the ability to speak in tongues by the holy spirit....
the people didnt even know what they were doing, but its god that did it..
its not that we need to pray for something to recieve it, but we need to have faith that god provides... and he will give you the things you need.

Well, since I do not pray, and yet I get what I wish for, I would have to say a big fat YES.

God knows and sees everything in us like an x-ray machine ;) so He knows our very hearts desire -little or big it maybe. before we could utter a word, He knows it already. just like a father who surprises a gift to his child, our heavenly Father is also like that.
