Either throw yourself into his arms, kiss him passionately, and take off together, yelling apologies back to your boyfriend...
or slap him good for being so presumptuous as to think that you didn't break up with him for a good reason. And for being so disrespectful of your current relationship.

It all depends on the status between you and your boyfriend. if it is good then tell your ex to step and that he has no right to disturb you r relationship. But if it is bad break up with your boyfriend give yourself time to recover and find yourself before you go out again and if your ex is still there and wants to go out with you, then i say go for it.
