There is no quick hair grow out product or regimen.
The best thing you can do is as odd as it sounds - have it trimmed every 6-8 weeks... Your hair only grows 1/4 to 1/2 an inch per month - some maybe a little more, little less...

There is no way to grow your hair out fast. Generally, hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. So it is going to take awhile, depending on how short it is. Make sure you get it cut every 8 weeks to get split ends cut and make sure you go to a stylist that listens to you and won't cut off more than you want. Good Luck

Try using natural shampoo and conditioners, found in health food stores. The herbs in it, promote growth and there are no harsh chemicals to stop growth and ruin the natural healthiness of the hair.
I heard that putting a natural oil (such as jojoba) on the ends of the hair also keeps it strong, allowing it to grow faster.

Vitamin E pills. Drink more milk, get 8 hrs. of sleep at least every night. Brush your hair more and when you wash it really massage your scalp. Use a quality named condioner and leave it on for 3 mins.. You want to make your hair stronger and not get split ends.Or you'll be back to the drawing board starting all over again when you have to get them clipped.

Lots of stimulation, which means constantly brush your hair w/ a five bristle brush. And go to wal-mart and in the vitamin aisle buy a vitamin called biotin for $2.00 i use it all of the time.

Only time will give you longer hair, but keep your ends trimmed to prevent damage. I trim once every 6 weeks, to keep my hair from splitting.

Go to the beauty shop and ask for a good trim that saves the length. Also you can ask for a permanent that that saves the length.
