Sounds like hes kind of insecure about the relationship. Make sure he knows that you care about him just as much as he cares about you and that should make it easier for him to believe you.

tell him that if he doensn't believe you than maybe you shouldn't have a relationship.
or just start crying and say " i really love you. why won't you believe me."

my boo is like that ... it might make him mad but jus say sum like... maybe u dont want me 2 cause it seem like u want me 2 say u dont & i kno in my heart that i love u.... begin 2 cry!!!
