I dye my hair black, so this happens to me all the time. First to prevent for the next time, put some petroleum jelly at the hairline, on the ears and base of neck. This won't allow the hair dye to stain the skin. To get off any that does get on your skin, you must get it right away! Put some shampoo on a wet cotton ball and scrub it off. If there is any left after that, use an astringent or some peroxide, also on a cotton ball. It won't take it off completely, but it will fade it considerably.
Hope this helps.

Hi!!

Try cigarrette ashes, rub them against your skin. Skin has to be dry. Then on top of that apply some shampoo, without wetting your face yet. And finally after you rub the ashes and the shampoo, you finally splash your forehead and colored areas and rinse it off. This was told to me by a cosmetology professor. And of course, you can go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy a hair color remover for the skin. I believe the brand name is Rouge or some similar name.

And for the next retouch of color, apply pretrolium jelly on your forehead.

Hope it works for you!!!

black will be hard reguardless but honestly- cigarette ash-dip the edge of a damp towel in it and rub. I'm not kidding, I learned that as soon as I started working in a salon when I was 16-it smells terrible but it will fade it quite a bit. hope I helped! : )

You can get color remover at any beauty supply store. It's a product hairstylists use to remove color from the skin, like around your hairline or on your fingers. It won't remove the color from your hair.

nail polish remover does work a little, but its not good for your skin like that..ive tried rubbing alcohol or peroxide, they work just as well, but it will not remove entirely, you'll have to wait a couple days for the stain to be completely gone..it pretty much just wears off on it own..sorry..

i died my hair black and had the exact same problem just get a scrubby pad and some cotton balls and hydrogen peroxide and scrub it off. It should come off no problem.

Try a little rubbing alcohol... unless it's near your face ( I would hate for you to get it in your eyes) but that should take it right off!

Take a small sponge, and use (horrors) cleanser! Like Ajax or Comet, and rub lightly with moist sponge. It will come off.
