cipher /w:(drive/folder name): this will erase the empty space on you HD because as we all know windows doesn't erase all the file but only the first two bytes. This will only work on Media Center or PRO

I use Crap Cleaner ( www.ccleaner.com ) , Easy Cleaner (http://www.toniarts.com/ ) and Window Washer ( http://www.webroot.com/consumer/downloads/ for a free trial ) . Ccleaner is free and the Easy Cleaner version I have is , but I think they are charging for it now. Window Washer has a 30 day free trial I believe .
