Is there a program that can convert wma to mp3 that you can add wma's by folders instead of by indv. files.

I'm looking for a program that I can add a folder with sub folders to and convert them from wma to mp3 and save the folder structure. I've been backing my cd's up as wma for years and want to convert them to mp3's. I have about 100gigs of wma's to convert. A free program is preffered but not required. thanks

Tried the 3 programs below. One was linux and I'm running windows. The other two I had to add them buy files. I ended up downloading I-Tunes and configeting it to copy the must but not orginize it. So it converted my wma to mp3 and save them in the same formatt. Thanks for the help.

You can use WinLame, http://winlame.sourceforge.net/

After placing in your .wma's, in the Input Files section (note use shift, if you want to select more than one file) then pressing next,
in the Output portion of the program, under the Output Location, you can specify your own folder to use, OR tick "use input file's folder as output location"

basically, the mp3's would sit in the same folder / subfolders as your .wma's.

I have always used Perl Audio Converter. It is a terminal base program, but its very powerful and it doesn't necessarily convert the file format, but it creates a copy of the audio file with the same name (save for the file extension) in the same folder.
