Check her palm for any red spot and if she has any ulcer.
If there is then it might be handfootmouth disease(just trying to input some help here only)
Yeah you are right if she does have any fever or ichy, no need to visit the doctor at this hour.

The location of where this rash has developed makes me think she may have hives, which is an allergic reaction that some people have and that may or may not itch. They can be red and blotchy, raised pink flat areas and localized red spots. Think if there is anything new that has recently been introduced into your daughter's life/daily routine. Hives can occur from stress, but more frequently the culprit is a different laundry detergent, a food (peanuts, shellfish and wheat are common), a new medication (prescription or over the counter) and myriad other possibilities. If this hasn't cleared up in a few days, you should probably consult a doctor.

she could be having an allergic reaction that wouldn't affect her respiratory system or she could be developing chicken pox even though she has been vaccinated I believe I would wake her doctor anyway. either way time could be of the essence.good luck...

It sounds like they could be hives. Did she eat any different foods or come into physical contact with anything different? It could be chicken pox too. If the spots pop when you touch them, that is what it is.

Sounds like a fungus. Maybe ringworm. You should get her into a physician to get a prescription. In the meantime, there may be over-the -counter cremes that your pharmacist may recommend.
If this is the case, you should wash all her linen and clothes in hot water to prevent re-infection or spreading to others.

Could be an allergic reaction to something she ate or touched.
Try puting some OTC cortisone on it (Benadryl makes a 'pen' like daubber to put it on, no muss no fuss...). Try a childrens antihistimine...

I would call your local emergency room and ask to speak to a nurse. Describe the rash and let them decide if it warrants docs attention now or can wait till next day at drs office.

for the symptoms its seems like a anaphlactoid/allergic reaction, but you should call your doctor anyways, don´t worry about the hour, remember that your baby health is first
