There are many people who try to ask and answer this question without much luck. But I will give it a try. The orgasm is biology and psychology. Most people who attempt an answer to this question talk all about the physical / biology.
Here's the short version. First of all it is possible to have an orgasm without physical stimulation whatsoever. You may not believe that but with the proper verbal, emotional and (in the case of males) visual stimulation, a human can obtain an orgasm. That goes to show that sex and orgasms are as much of the mind as the body.
So what happens when one obtains an orgasm? In the male the result isn't so obvious as you think. In most cases, a male orgasm is defined by sperm ejaculation. But this is NOT an absolute sign that a male has had an orgasm. The orgasm does NOT necessarily result in ejaculation or the series of involuntary muscle contractions of the gentials that cause the ejaculation.
In the female orgasm, most would say that it defined by the involuntary muscle contractions in the vaginal region or the formation of natural lubricants (that facilitate intercourse and pregnancy). But that too is NOT absolute.
BUT the one thing that seems to be common to males and females is the euphoria that most likely is the result of endorphines that the body forms and the brain enjoys.

An orgasm is when u are having sex and u start to feel week and u can barely breath and your toes might start to curl up and just like when a boy skeet's and gurl cums or u can say orgasm it means the same thing.
