Actions speak louder than words. If she doesn't believe you love her, there is no point telling her, you have to show it. Do things every day that leave her in no doubt that she is loved.

Actions speak louder than words. Treat her with respect, take time to talk to her and really listen. Ask her about her dreams/goals and support and encourage her to make them true. Do little sweet nice things for her, open the door, pull out her chair. Be extra nice to her parents and siblings, that is big points. If someone is trashing her, speak up and defend her.
Nothing more then your actions will convince her you really love her.

Just don't say it show them by things that you do, small acts of kindness. Words are just words if there is nothing being shown.
