I dont really listen to rap, or know anything about him, but the general rule behind the teardrop tattoo is if it is on the outside of your eye (toward the ear) then you killed someone, and if it is on the inside (by the nose) then you have lost someone close to you

i am a tattoo artist (the only people who should be answering these in my opinion) it means he has killed someone if it is under his left eye, it means he has lost someone to murder if it is under his right
