No. Atlanta is landlocked, however, Stone Mountain, about 15-20 minutes from downtown has a manmade beach and lots of other outdoor activites that many people do not know about like fishing, camping, ferries, a laser show, a petting zoo, all sorts of things.

No because Atlanta is in the middle, and southwestern region of Georgia. So there are only man made lakes and rivers. But those(lakes and rivers) probably can have a man made beach. But if you want to go to a beach, visit Savannah, Georgia. The beaches there are fantastic and the cities history is fun to learn about also.

Not Unless Florida and the whole Southern part of the state has broken off into an island. By the way Atlanta is North of the state. There's a man made beach at Lake Lanier Water Park.

What planet are you from? There is a White Water park, Stone Mountain, and plastic pools beside sandboxes in backyards. Atlanta is not near an ocean, unless you drive about 4 hours. Check out a map, bro.
