okay so I am 17 and i work with a guy who is 21. He seems to like me and is flirty. i catch him looking at me sometimes. we talk a lot and get along well. i'm hesitant about it because i'm not positive he likes me and he's older than i am. i really like him a lot but i don't know if he feels the same about me.
i'm pretty sure that he's not for the whole relationship tihng right now. he likes the friends with benefits deal. i enjoy that too but i want a relationship more than "fwb."
we have been alone together on more than one occasion but we have never kissed.
one other problem is he is one of my good friends' cousins.
what should i do? should i ask him out or see how he feels or what??

Sure, try it, but be very open. Make it clear that you don't want to cause any problems. ...and that if he doesn't want to that things will still be OK!

i think u should ask him if he likes u or just ask him out take chances. if your to afraid then ask your best friend to ask him for you.
