Is there a website that allows me to look at propertis (lots) and houses that are less than $200,000? If there is, what is it? What is a city that is located high up on Mt. Hood? Or a name of a group of houses, a town, or something! I'm going CRAZY trying to find one.

Government Camp has Collins Lake, its a bunch of townhouses. Nothing under 200K though. There is one house in Govie that is $170k and it is a one bedroom cinder block foundation fixer upper. Parkdale is pretty high up, you may find something in that price range there.

For 200K, you're going to have to look waaaaay out of the city, or for a run-down 1-bedroom bungalow in the ghetto (or as ghetto as Portland gets).
