Okay, it's this girl that seems to like me and I don't even know her. I'm not shallow, but she isn't attractive to me. I try not to be funny when I'm talking to her, and she just laughs like I said the most hilarious thing possible, hitting me on the arm and junk. Do I just keep trying to be nice or just tell her that I'm not interested. She's in one of my classes, so I can't really just ignore her.

If this girl is as infatuated with you as you let on, there will be no getting out of this without hurting her feelings. Simple as that.
But before you do anything, try to pay attention to how she treats the others around you. Because if she treats everyone the same way, and you do your little "I don't want to be with you" speech, would be very awkward if she never felt "that way" about you in the first place.
But if this behavior is unique to you, the idea here is to let her know what you're thinking. Like it or not, she will have to deal with it. Unless she doesn't and becomes one of those freaky stalker chicks.
Simply say something like this: (make sure it's away from people to avoid her getting embarrassed)
"Look, I just want you to know that I am flattered by this, but I just don't feel the same way" Or something similar in your own words.
I don't know, never had the chance to break anything off with a female nicely.
Ultimately it comes down to you and how you want to handle it. Asking for advice is good, but the only person that can take care of this is you.

you do not. that is undesirable for her. perhaps she has gained weight because of the fact she is feeling depressed (probably because of the fact she feels which you're actually not involved in her). in case you nonetheless look after her, and the relationship yet are purely not bodily involved in her, advise something relaxing and actual to do togehter. attempt suggesting a stroll by way of a park, or a motorcycle journey. it can be a stunning date in case you propose properly. yet once you're purely fed up, then ruin up along with her, gently. tell her you do not experience love it is determining. do not tell her she's fat, or unattractive. it is terrible. And stay removed from her sister. it fairly is undesirable variety.

I had the same situation with a guy I wasn't interested. But he flat out told me he was interested in me.... Don't do anything to encourage her in thinking you are interested in her. Is it possible that she is naturally flirtatous? Has she flat out said she liked you? If you don't want to totally hurt her feelings, just avoid her outside of class...and in class don't talk to her and if she talks to you...give short answers. Get yourself a gf...or have a friend outside of school she may not know and act like bf/gf. And if she says she's interested in you... be truethful and say I am just not interested. LOL though what girls feeling won't be hurt when her crush rejects her.

There is no reason to hurt her feelings. Just keep treating her like a friend, with no mixed signals, and she will get the idea when you pay attention to someone else.

if she hasnt said anything to u like, I like u then i wouldnt say anything....if she does say she likes u, tell her u have a girl......or ur not interested. Feelings will get hurt no matter how u say it so just be honest
