Would I pass a drug test?

Question

I rarely smoke marijuana but about 12 days ago I took one or two hits from a joint and that was it. I work out about 3x a week, drank about a little less than a gallon of water the day before the drug test, and took some multi-vitamins before I went to bed. When I woke up I drank about 16 oz more of water, got rid of my morning piss and peed about 2 more times before I left to get tested. Do you think I will pass the test?

To anyone who says I shouldnt have smoked at all, thanks for the advice and I know that.

Im looking for serious answers from people w/ experience or knowledge in my situation. Thanks! :)

Your all wrong, i don't know why you pessimistic judgmental fools bother answering this poor bloke if all you want to do is run him down, he's in a serious predicament! The guy actually really wants a job so help him out!! ok mate theres only one full proof way to pass and thats using synthetic urine and a whizzard or whizzinator, these can be purchased from sites such as freosfinest. kom , or if your in Western Australia go to Fremantles Finest. There is also other places like whizzinatoraustralia etc. These places have devices and concoctions for passing any drug test including hair drug tests and saliva drug tests. In fact I'd recommend anyone that takes drugs should keep a bottle of saliva detox in their centre console just in case they get picked up they can give their mouth a quick rinse and all toxins are rinsed from their mouth for up to half an hour. Course do not ever drive a motor vehicle if the drugs are likely to impair your driving capabilities. I know I'm going to get barraged with abuse by a whole lot of do gooders who know nothing about taking drugs now, but I dont care, I won't even read them, all I can say to them is get a life;)

If that is the only time you have smoked in say, the last 3 months you will be more then fine. Don't worry about it. There are two stages to a drug screening. One is searching for any amounts of a substance but with things like THC (weed) there has to be certain levels of it for it to be considered drug use. That one time couple puffs isn't going to be above that limit.

In the future, there are a few things that do help. They aren't going to clean you completely out but I have personally passed using these. First, cranberry extract. Easily found at any drug store in the vitamin section. It's known for cleaning out your bladder and urinary tract. Often used for bladder infections. If you get the chance, take about a 3-5x normal dosage (usually 6-10 pills) twice daily for about 5 days.

In the shorter term, such as you are getting tested tomorrow there is a product at GNC or other health stores called PuraBlend Tea. It's a box of teabags that makes a gallon of tea. Drink the entire gallon the night before, pee your brains out, and then go take your test the next day. It's all natural ingredients so you don't have to worry about chemicals showing up. I passed 2 government issued tests this way in the past.

Generally the rule of thumb is that THC has a 30 day half-life in your system (one month before testing is always the way to go). But THC is also stored in your fat cells, so depending on your body fat ratio, your metabolism, and how much your urine was diluted by all the water you drank and times you urinated before the test, you might have a chance.

But if I were you, I'd get out the want ads... I don't have much faith in the theories out there on how to pass a drug test. I know people that have tried many methods and passed, but also some that haven't. If this is for a new job, you're probably screwed with a postive test. If it's for your current job, maybe you're employer will be cool and keep you on if you have a good work record.

You should have nothing to worry about, unless you were a major smoker before the 12 days. I was smoking quite a bit daily, for like three years straight then on December 5 of last year I quit because I anticipated getting one because the company I worked for was being taken over then on the 8th we were told that the test was to be conducted on December 21 so I had 16 days of being clean drank quite a bit of water every day (like I always do), and don't work out and I passed. I have no doubt in my mind that you passed the test, plus they usually let you know within a week if you have failed because I have failed one too but that was years ago. I wouldn't be worried if I was you.

Doubtful...the pot is detectable in the urine for up to 30 days. The detection range is something like 4 to 30 days.

But at 12 plus days you have a chance.

No, I really dont think you will. Is there any way you can wait to take the test. If you can wait, it would be better. If you could wait about 2 more weeks. Good Luck, these test are pretty sensitive.

i use to recruit for the navy. got this one all the time as long as you say you did what ya did. you will be ok . no adays the test are instant they know right then shows right on the jar if ya get three bars on the jar youre pos . but trust me if you just did that much ya will pass. now on a hair test ive never had one but heard it was hard
