Ok, I have been doing since I can remember, hmm my whole life lol So far nothing has happened :D But I was wondering...is it bad to plug your nose when you sneeze?
I cant seem to stop doing it now because when I dont....it HURTS bad....when I sneeze. So...what you guys think?

It increases pressure on your sinus cavity. If you would be congested when you do this it might be painful but I don't think it will cause any damage.
Perhaps a nose bleed if you burst some capillaries...but they'll heal.

Well, i would say it wasn't a good idea, but if you've done it your whole life and nothing bad has happened, then I guess it's ok. What hurts if you don't plug your nose, you sinuses, or throat or nose? That's odd, because i would think it would hurt by plugging your nose. At least by plugging your nose, you're not spreading germs, maybe we should all do that since it's cold and flu season right now! :)

I think it hurts like mad if I DO plug my nose when I sneeze.
Do what feels good. I don't think you run the risk of blowing out your eyeballs or anything.
I'm not a doctor, but I play one on tv.

Well pain is usually what tells you when something is bad but I would imagine it is bad, all that stuff needs to come out, 60 miles per hour pressure staying in. Whatever works for you, works for you.

You should not plug your nose when you sneeze because you could pull a muscle in your face.

WHEN U DO THAT DO YOU NOT FEEL IT IN YOUR EAR? YOU COULD POSSIBLY DAMAGE YOUR EARDRUM.
