For some of you who may remeber, i asked about a girl I like. Some of her friends are saying she likes me, while others are saying she just does not want to hurt my feelings. She says she wants to get to know me better. i just can't figure it out, we have talked, danced, gone out to movies, and e-mail each other constantly and are great friends. What should i do, should I plain out ask her what she thinks, leave her alone and go on. Also their is a dance coming up soon. Should I ask her to go to the dance, or just ask for a dance at the dance. Thanks

sometimes we tend to say things like " i just want to get to know you better" to kind of say that for right now friends is all i want, or sometimes we mean that we would give you a chance if we really did get to know you better. since you said you both are really great friends, it should mean that she is getting to know you and all, so what else is there for her to get to know about you? i mean, your friends. but there is 2 sides of this and it can be the " i only want to be friends" side, or just she might have feelings for you.what you should do is dont bug her about the situation but you should definatley ask her seriously about how she feels about you and her dating. if she says she just wants to be friends then dont ask her to go to the dance or dance, but if its differant and she says she has feelings for you, then definatley ask her to a dance. just whatever you do, dont believe her friends, i know there her friends... but trust me things can get a little messed up when you here things from her friends. the best way to find out is to talk to her. good luck :]

You should ask her to the dance before some other kid does.
