1. find out things that you have in common with her such as music, movies, sports, video games, etc.
2. find opportune times when and where you can have a private conversation with her because you definitely do NOT want to start talking to a girl when she has all her friends around her.
3. when you think you are ready to talk to her, always make eye contact (but do NOT stare) and no fidgeting- don't show any signs of weakness.
4. Start out by saying hi. If you have any of the same classes together or have any schedules in common, start talking about that. Try not to think too hard about things, keep things cool
5. A good sign that she's interested in you is when she smiles, laughs and/or plays with her hair.

Don't really talk about anything at first...ask her questions and give her non-verbal and continuing phrases/words (uh huh, i know what you mean, sure) to show that you are listening. Tease her a little bit and always end the conversation first. Later you can have deeper conversations. She'll be begging for more.

alcohol usually makes you more brave, not too much just a little is enough to calm you down and then you'll start saying what comes from the heart, although if you're a Jew, Muslim, or non alcoholic drinker then try saying what comes from the heart anyway and be yourself as best as you can, otherwise find someone else, try talking to many many girls not just one girl, you'll have more fun in life

Have a friend speak to her and set up a meeting at a safe location, like McDonald's. Then just sit. Eventually the words will come.

Walk up to her, be totally serious and ask, "So, are you single?" This will take her by suprise and if she is interested, she will say yes, and if she is not she will probably smack you or say no. You never know, she might like you as well and just say yes and you won't have to worry about anything anymore.

take the time u can just go up to her an say hi an tell her your name if she dose not no it of corse otherwise just go up to her say hello an talk to her about the weather, ask her how her days is goign ect:
then if all gose well ask her if she would like to get a drink some time....

Put the word out that you are rich and successful, she'll want talk to you instead. Then pretend you aren't really that interested in her and then she'll really get all hung up on you and try even harder to gain YOUR attention.

just be yourself you cannot go wrong, if she doesnt feel like talking back ang getting to know you then you wouldnt want her anyway.
