Try Todd di Pietro Salon, Yosh for Hair, Cinta, or the Maiden Lane Salon. All are near Union Square and have great reputations.

Try Great Clips or SuperCuts
15 bucks and you've got a haircut!
Spend 50 bucks or more, and you're just being vain.
