What is something good that can help even out my skin tone?

I have a few acne scars, or they could be dark spots. Don't scars usually leave a little indention. My dark spots are smooth.

dark spots on fair skin be from sun damage, can be freckles too. Scars can be most likely skin color or dark as well. I have found eucerin to be the best skin care product so far, you could see a dermatologist for these spots as well, but that would be more of a cosmetic problem and insurance may not want to pay for that, good luck
