The pain is starting to get unbearable. I have really tight muscles in my shoulders, neck, and some parts of my upper back. Massages don't help, neither does any kind of pain killer . It's getting to the point that it gives me headaches, makes me dizzy and nauseated, and to where it looks as if my shoulders are haunched. I can't even turn my head all the way anymore.

I just need some stretches to do that will loosen me up a little. I don't know what causes it...stress, maybe, or sleeping wrong. I donno, but it's been like this forever.

Thanks in advance.

Have you seen a Dr? Could be something pinched, you are getting dizzy and nausea's, is doesnt sound good. Massage should had relieve some of the pain or discomfort in the neck. Your shoulders are "haunched" youre trying to compensate the pain, not only stretch your neck muscles try stretching your pecs muscles. Before you do your stretches, put on a warm compression around your neck to warm up the muscles, relax them, then do the stretches.
Heres a site where you can click and view different types of way of stretching the neck.
Hope you feel better, good luck ^i^

I think the problem is in your neck, possibly the discs have degenerated and the vertabrae are rubbing, or the nerves are imflamed and irritated. If you are in front of a computer all day or do work where you sit at a desk all day, you are a big candidate for these problems. I think you should be seeing an orthopaedist(bone doc). Does the pain go down your arms? Numbness? Neck stiff? Tingling in one arm, weakness in one arm, all of these are caused by neck problems, skeletal not muscular.

You need a woman's touch man. Take a nice warm shower then get your wife or girlfriend to give you a massage everywhere that hurts. Do this for about a week you'll feel great. Make sure you eat healthy, lots of water. And get sleep dude, but try to sleep straight on your back.

Sounds like to me you really do need to see a Doctor if you feel nauseated and dizzy and headaches you need to get a MRI that will show you exactly where your pain is coming from. IF you are taking pain pills and having massages and your not getting any relief this should give you a clue that somethings is defiantly wrong here, you know what i mean?? Stress can do amazing things to our bodies i know, i've been there, so please see a Doctor and good luck with your health.

Exercise is as follows
1. Rotate gently your head in circular motion 1st in clockwise direction than counter clock wise.
2. Rotate your right than left shoulder in circular motion along with you hands & reverse the process.
In my opinion you are suffering from cervical spondelosis. You should see a good homeopath or allopaths will tell you to put cervical coller.
