There's this guy that I think that I would like if I got to know him but I don't know how to start a conversation. He's a grade behind me, I'm in 8th grade and he's in 7th, and I don't even know what his name is. He's in two of my classes, gym and health. I see him look at me some. Anyway, I'm kind of shy and want to know a way to start a conversation with him that doesn't sound dorky. If I talk to him it would be in gym. Thanks

God, do teen aged girls ever do anything besides fantasize over boys all the time? Oh yeah, you shop and do make up. Crack some books and educate yourselves. Boys like smart girls.

Just say hi to him in the hallway or when you pass by him but make sure that you say hi to someone else so it wouldn't be so obvious. then say stuff that will make him laf. then you can start with small talk then to a real convo. just remember to take step by step and take your time

Well in my view I would probably try to roll a basketball to him or wateva and when he hands it to ya...says thanks....and then introduce yourself to him...then after that next time u see him start a conversation with him...

well ask how he likes the class and what is his favorite sport to play in it and also ask him what his classed look like next semester. you can ask him anything! he is a guy and a year younger he should like anything. hope you go for it
