Sounds like allergies. Allergies can include sinus problems-I deal with it all the time! It can be painful, and there are many over the counter medicines that can treat it. If you have persistant pain, than a doctor's visit is in order.

Sounds like your allergic to something and the sun night just be bringing whatever "it" is out. I would have a allergy test and have a check up.

We all have sinuses. To be precise, we all have 8 nasal sinuses.
What you're describing sounds much more as though it's an allergic problem than a problem with your sinuses. Talk with your doctor.
