Sometimes when I am on certain websites and I click on a link, it asks if I want to open that particular pdf file and I click yes. Then, it says it is downloading that file. But, after it finishes downloading, it doesn't do anything else and I can't see that file. Does anyone know what I should do?

Maybe you don't have Acrobat Reader to open the pdf, go to adobe.com to download and install the free program. Also try right clicking the link to look for an open as HTML option.

You need to make sure you have adobe pdf reader. You can find it at www.adobe.com. It is free and all you have to do is download and install it. Then everything should be fine.
