I do not believe the Bible says any such thing. Gay marriage was not an issue in what we call the Bible days, so there really would not have been a reason to be speaking or thinking about it.
Gays have been around for a VERY long time, in fact Lots wife was herself a Lesbian, but she wasn't running around saying I want to marry my girlfriend, in fact, sadly she was ashamed of herself. But go onto a Bible web-site and see if you can find something. My Bible is packed right now or I would quickly look it up for you.
Hope this helps
P.S. there are many "strict Christians" who just happened to be Gay. Believe me when I say that.

Marriage is a "Sacrament", a sacred or holy thing, perceptible to the senses, which on the ground of Divine institution possesses the power both of effecting and signifying sanctity and righteousness… a visible sign of Divinity on earth!.

It is one of the seven Sacraments instituted directly by Jesus, using almost the same words of the first book of the Bible, with a small addition: "From the beginning of creation God made them male and female. For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh. So they are no longer two but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate" (Mr.10:6-9, Mt.19:4-6).

At the wedding feast in Cana, Jesus blessed the Sacrament of Marriage both with his presence and making his first miracle (Jn.2

God Bless You

Gen 2:24 Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.

Your qustion wasn't about homosexuality, it was about marriage.
The fact that the Bible doesn't mention the two topics TOGETHER should tell you something.

Compare these two scriptures:

Hbr 13:4 Marriage [is] honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

So MARRIAGE IS HONORABLE

Lev 18:22 Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it [is] abomination.

So HOMOSEXUALITY IS NOT HONORABLE< IT IS ABOMINATION.

Therefore, a homosexual relationship cannot be called a marriage.

Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve.

NEVER in the Bible did God mention a same sex marriage, always man/woman.

Read Romans chapter 1, homosexuality is a sin, so God isn't going to allow it in marriage.

1 Timothy 1:8-11 speaks directly of it. And it is in Leviticus too.

I honestly do not know, but I have noticed that none of these verses actually say anything about homosexual marriage. I'm sure you know what is right for you. Good luck.

Gen. 2:24 For this cause a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and they shall become one flesh.

Matt. 19:5 and said, ` For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh'?

Matt. 19:6 Consequently they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.

Mark 10:8 and the two shall become one flesh; consequently they are no longer two, but one flesh.

1 Cor. 6:16 Or do you not know that the one who joins himself to a harlot is one body with her? For He says, The two will become one flesh.

Eph. 5:31 For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh.

Mal 2:14-15 Yet you say, "For what reason?" Because the Lord has been witness Between you and the wife of your youth, With whom you have dealt treacherously; Yet she is your companion And your wife by covenant. But did He not make them one, Having a remnant of the Spirit? And why one? He seeks godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, And let none deal treacherously with the wife of his youth.

First of all God made Adam a lifelong companion Eve not Eddie.

Second He then told them to 'Go forth and multiply'. You try that with 2 people of same sex.

matthew 19:4 And Jesus answered and said, "Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning MADE THEM MALE AND FEMALE, 5 and said, `FOR THIS REASON A MAN SHALL LEAVE HIS FATHER AND MOTHER AND BE JOINED TO HIS WIFE, AND THE TWO SHALL BECOME ONE FLESH'? 6 "So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."

1 Corinthians Chapter 7 is my favorite passage regarding marriage, although it does not specifically touch on homosexuality, because this has long since been established by God's word as sin.
