Whitening teeth can be hard. You can go with getting your teeth bleached, or you can brush with special toothpaste designed with whitening teeth. Brushing your teeth for 5 minutes will get rid of a lot of the junk on your teeth, and will prevent your teeth from getting stained aka darker, but it might only whiten them a little..

No, but I'm afraid you are going to wear off the enamel. Try some of the new mouthwash that's supposed to whiten. It's got peroxide in it and that is what whitens the teeth. And, no, I'm not recommending you use straight peroxide.

instead of longer id try a whitening tooth paste or the Listerine pre brush whitening rinse that stuff worked well for me

no!!! no no!!!!!!! it will wear off the ennamel never brush your teeth more then 4 times a day for more than 3 minutes a time unless you have braces because then you need to

no, not without a whitening agent...you can brush till the cows come home, but without a whitening agent then you'll get miniscule results.

Yes it can! I started brushing my teeth for a full two minutes and they have gotten whiter. Try it it really does work!

No! You need to get the crest white stripes or have them professional done. Brushing for that long will only upset your gums. Peace!
