Okay the past couple of weeks, i'll come home from class around 3:30.. and be in a good mood all day.. until around 7:30 -8:00.. i start to get really pissed off and just dont feel like talking to anyone, and i start getting bad headaches and i start to just feel like i hate everyone and everything. I just feel like bashing my head against something... it's so FRUSTRATING! I'm in one of the moods now, and I just dont know what to do with my self & I have no idea what my deal is. Usually when I take a shower, i feel pretty calmed down after that. ..

Any Idea what might be causing this?

Blood sugar fluctuations can do this. Have your doctor perform a glucose tolerance test. It is cheap and easy.

This is going to come completely out of left field. I am a massage therapist and a student of Oriental Medicine. According to Oriental Medicine, the bodies energy runs through pathways in the body called meridians. (While there are no physical structures along these meridians, there is some science to back this up, I'm not going to get into here, but I'll put some links about Oriental medicine at the bottom, and they may have something about it.)

If there is a problem in a meridian, and the energy can't flow through it smoothly, it will cause problems at the time of day when most of the energy is in that Meridian. The energy is at it's peak in the Meridian of the Pericaridium between 7 and 9 at night. The Pericardium Merician is associated with bringing joy, calming the mind, and balancing the emotions.

I'd suggest talking to a practitioner of Oriental Medicine. A acupunturist, acupressurist, massage therapist trained in shiatsu, or a doctor of Oriental Medicine or TCM (traditional chinese medicine) will be able to tell you if it is a meridian problem, and if it is can probably help.

Sounds like some sort of anxiety attack to me. What happens at 7:30 or 8? Is there some change in how your day goes that is dreadful? Try to find a connection. In the meantime, visit your doctor. You may need to see a counselor, or need some medication that will help you feel normal again. Like I said... see your doctor.

make sure that your body absorbs everything normally, mostly blood sugars, but also other mineral deficiencies and build ups can cause serious mood swings. also make sure that you're getting enough sleep, some people go through fazes ( mostly in the teens) where they need at least ten hours of sleep, your body might just be mad at you for treating it badly...lol! i would recommend going to a doctor for the blood tests, and getting more rest.

It sounds like mood swings from hormones to me...I guess it depends how old you are...you would know that already if you are an adult I suppose. If you already are sure it isn't that, then I think you might have a case of depression.

Does this happen every day or just prior to, during or after your cycle. If that is the case it may be hormonal changes.

Something about that time of night is getting to you. What might that be? Hit the showers.

Listen a little deeper to your thoughts so you can hear what you are very angry about. Then you can think about what to do for it.
