Take your dog to the vet and get her spayed immediately. If there are any puppies they will remove them when they do the spay. Make sure you tell your vet that there is a possibility she may be pregnant. If she was impregnated by a much larger dog, there can be complications; and besides, the last thing this world needs is more puppies.

She must be taken to a vet to be checked out. A good vet will advise you what should be done. Don't let her go so far along that it might be dangerous to her to have the puppies.
It's just a simple blood test to see if she's pregnant or not.
And please have her spayed so this won't happen again. A female in season should not be allowed to run around. She has to be kept put up. I think there is a shot that can be given to stop the pregnancy.
Please take the proper steps so you don't cost her, her life.

You need to have her spayed right away. Having pups by a big dog can and likely will kill her. If you wait until she is showing symptoms of pregnancy it may be too late to have her spayed until after the pups are born. Have her spayed ASAP.
