Whoa, first things first. Nothing is assured until you graduate school. Basically all you have to do is all your NROTC requirements, keep your GPA up, graduate on time, go to PLC during the summer complete all the pieces to OCS and you'll be all but there.
After all that you'll almost surely make it to the Corps but there's a lot involved before you get there.
But, to answer your question, the odds are in your favor of getting what you want.

Joining an NROTC unit is an advantage in getting a commission in the Marine Corps. Likewise, make good your academic and physical preparation in order to be commissioned in the Marine Corps.

No. The only way to be assured of that is to go to Marine Corps OCS.

Dear friend, of course not. Comissions are only granted to men with the correct qualifications. There is always progression through the ranks, or battlefield promotions. But your optimism makes me believe that you can be an officer. GOOD LUCK. Go for it.
