Probably - unless you believe in this global warming crap - meterologists can't predict what is going to happen tomorrow, how can they guess what is going to happen in 20 years.

A single hydrogen bomb can flatten the entire New York metropolitan area. An exchange of hydrogen bombs would throw so much earth up into the atmosphere that before it came down as fallout, it would block the sun and cause nuclear winter. All the green plants would die and everyone on earth would die of starvation or freeze to death.
