Today my puppy received shots (Corona, DHL-PPv, Giardia and Lyme Disease) and tonight he is extreamly aggressive and reacts with biting, which is something he has never done. Could this be due to the shots?

He is probably not feeling well.

Keep an eye on him and if it keeps up tomorrow, call the vet.

Normally with vaccine reactions you will see anything from mild lethargy to swollen face, difficulty breathing, vomiting, diarrhea. Call the vet. Extreme aggression isn't usually a sign of a reaction, however he may be very sore after getting a bunch of vaccines.

Yes, the behavior change is probably due to the shots your puppy got. Vaccines are not quite the benign & beneficial wonder that many believe them to be.

It probably just made him grumpy. The injection site often feels sore and the medication often makes them feel lousy. Hopefully in a day or so he'll be back to normal. Leave him alone so he can feel lousy in peace.

Yes sometimes shots can make dogs a bit irritable. It will go away in a day or two.
