If you're talking about 'positraction' in the differential, then, no it's not a bad thing to have. It gives better traction control than a standard differential by directing equal power to both wheels.

different meanings here.
first, it can mean piece of sh*t
second it could mean Positively Oustanding Service (an abbreviations some companies use)
it could also mean parent over shoulder (on im) but i dont think that's what you're referring to
