mucous is produced by all mucous membranes and the lining of your bladder is a mucous membrane. If you have a urinary tract infection there may be mucous present in your urine.

Do you have symptoms of UTI? Like burning or pain on urination?

Sometimes there may be no reason for mucous so you should ask the MD about this or call your MD and speak with the nurse to find out.
