yes, they're fairly large, so you can't miss em. well, a lot of them are large (cause the grapefruit is large) but a lot are also underdeveloped... quite tiny, it's hard to see these tho. it's not really harmful if you accidently swallow the seeds.
usually i take the end of the spoon i'm using to eat the fruit to pull out the seeds. it's smaller so it doesn't really damage the rest of it.
