Not neccesarily jealous. maybe he is actually just sick of hearing about him and wants to change the subject before you start rambling on about the "boss". I dont mean that to sound too harsh, I dont know the situation. But sometimes when my wife starts talking about work i change the subject so I dont have to hear about it!

OMG!!! (oh my god) of course he is jealous girl!!! is like i don't if both of you work at the same place but if he always is changing the subject so do
a* make an indirect about it
b*tell him what is wrong
c*ask someone to ask him if he is jealous or
d* stop talking about your boss

yep, i can sense this being a jealous trade.
he might be jealous that you are spending "exciting time" with other man even if they meant nothing to you.
spend more time doing exciting stuff with your bf, just ignore the fact that he is weird when your boss come to mention.
but really pick what you mention about your boss to him.

I would say that what you are talking about doesn't interest your b/f and that is why he starts talking about some thing else, can't blame him.Does your b/f work at the same place ,does he have an interest in your place of work, does he know your boss out of work, what possible interest does your b/f have with your job???? Do you always talk about work is your b/f bored.????

I think he is jealoues, when a person changes subject is because he or she doesn't like talking about it, therefore he doesnt like that your boss helped you.

Hmm, very well could be (jealousy comes from INSECURITY, you've been warned). Does he fidget or get nervous or evasive whenever you mention other guys or comment on another male's appearance?
My experience: a major bummer, not counting that it's a serious problem .
