my mom told me there was food on the floor and i didn't mean to step on it she started yelling at me and i had a little attitude and said i didn't mean to. she said im like this everytime i get my period. i don't mean to !!!!!! is it my fault? she even took my cell away for two days !!!!!!!

Yes, that is your fault.
If you are between the ages of 11 and 23, there is no such thing as "a little" attitude.
Just cool down, shut up, mind your manners for two days or she'll want to keep your phone for more than the original 2 days.

sounds like SHE is on HER period. while you need to have respect for your mom, you have a right to expect to be treated with courtesy. these kinds of situations with your mom require diplomacy,my dear. if you are unsure exactly what that means, then look it up. arguing with mom is rarely a good answer.
