Buffet is a top-of-the-line instrument manufacturer. If there are no cracks in the wood, then a complete overhaul would be worth every penny (especially compared to the price of a new instrument of similar quality!)

I don't know what you're asking, but the info on that type of instrument would be that it's not a top-of-the-line Buffet model. It's an intermediate/doubler type horn. Pro-line Buffets are R13, RC, etc.
