I'm going to agree with MadforMAC, cry if you want to. I used to surpress all bad emotional feelings (I mean boys don't cry, right?) and got really good at it only to find that they slowly release over the next two and a half years or so... which is no fun, feels really unhealthy. Get the sad out!
Also, it's totally not the end of the world. Just learn from your mistakes. That's the joy of being human.
... and idk means "I don't know", right?

Don't worry about the basketball thing, just make sure you still practice and hang out with your friends.
If the 2 people don't want to be friends with you for no reason at all then just forget about them, they're not worth it. But if you guys just got into a fight or something then give them another chance.
Idk what "fs" is.
Also take some deep breaths and take a nap.

Cry if you have to! In my eyes, you are not "too emotional" -- you're human! There's just things going on in your life that are very upsetting to you right now. Keeping things in isn't healthy, showing emotion is.
By the way...idk = I don't know, fs = 2 F's (as in failing grade)

Strength is the mind. The mind controls your feelings about youself, your friends and your environment. Take a deep look at youself and you'll understand that you're just cool. Make the best out of it. You can still play basket ball. Yes, i believe you can still make it. Many people want to look the way you do. Don't you know?

OMG, girl I totally know what you mean. I play softball and its like sooo stressfull doing all these things at one time. you have to be good at what you play, keep your grades up, and try to hang on to what friends you have. Its very hard to keep up in school. Dont listen to the pple that tell you not to worry about bball if you love doing it and want to go to colledge playing it than you go for it girl. But the deal with your grades I mean I know its hard and all but if you dont get them up you wont get to play,as what you are experiencing now, and you dont want that. So play bball and study too I know its hard but thats what you have to do to keep up. And as far as your "friends" go if theyre really your friends would they be treatin you like that, just think about it... As far as the crying thing goes Im with you, you aint got to cry about everything right? If you want to be strong thats cool, thats just who you are and theres nothin wrong with that!

It would really help is you wrote in plain English, this abbreviated garbage is difficult to figure out! What is idk? Why are you so upset over basketball? Crying is healthy, trying to "be strong" is not the way to go with your emotions when crying will help.
Ask yourself this, are these things really that important? Are they really that meaningful in your life? In the sceme of things, I think you will find they are trivial.

First do some studying and bring up those grades. As your grades improve so will your relationships. Very few want to be friends with the dull and dimwitted.
