I find honesty is the first and main thing. Beyond that I like a guy that makes me laugh. but also knows when to be serious. A guy that is able to talk with me about anything.

other than physicall (which could be varied)...
personally i love people with vast general knowledge, someone who is confident, and ask good question.
girls might clammed up the first time, but when you ask the right genuine question why you think they are interesting it open up their world of essay LOL
dont be tired at listening.
dont be too nice, nice is a cup of tea.
you want to be the man, so take a bit of domination, confidence that this is your ball game as much as it is hers.
