If I get my case dismissed in traffic court how long does it take for the ticket to be erased from my record?

It wont be erased from your record ever. However, the insurance company can not used against yo, point wise.In addition, if you ever get in a court scenario, the record will show the ticket, therefore, trafic school is just a scheme to take your money.

It doesn't go on your record until the court convicts you. If it's dismissed it's all over.

If it was dismissed it was never put on your record.
